Garnishments
Taking effect immediately, Georgia Governor Nathan Deal recently signed into law a new bill that grants businesses the power to file garnishment requests through authorized personnel (i.e. human resource representatives) instead of legal counsel.

There’s a great video that exaplins the illogic of this on YouTube. For an example, they use a jug of milk. If you pray to a jug of milk, and nothing happens, then the jug is simply saying either No or Wait. If something good happens, or even close to good, then the jug has answered your prayers! Wacky, but chillingly accurate.Perhaps the governor has seen that video and he understands that he cannot lose in this publicity stunt.Peace,Tim
