Paul Batts is a Brooks County Native, and he originally joined the SmithBarnas & Associates Inc. team in 2007 as an intern while completing his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Valdosta State University. Upon graduating, he joined the company on a full time basis as a Human Resource Assistant. In 2010, he stepped away from the company for a while to broaden his experience through insurance sales and technology retail management. Paul’s years of increased experience and knowledge, skills and ability have afforded him the opportunity to return to the company full time in 2011 as an HR representative. Though Paul functions as a true HR Generalist his core focus lies in behavior management, training and development.
